Didier founded Lean Management Systems LLC in 2008 to share his expertise with mid-size manufacturers, including medical device manufacturers, as well as other industries. His work focuses on:

🔹 M Health Fairview (formerly HealthEast) (7 years) – Served as Lean Sensei, leading the formalization and deployment of their Lean management system while coaching executives
🔹 Value Capture (since 1999) – Serving as Vice President of Advisory Services, guiding major healthcare organizations in principle-driven transformation
