He is a frequent speaker for professional organizations, including the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE), Project Management Institute (PMI), Manufacturers Alliance,\nCatalysis, the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), and the Performance Excellence Network (PEN). \n\nDidier is the 27th recipient of IISE’s highest honor, recognizing professionals of acknowledged eminence. In 2023, PEX Network recognized him as one of its Top 50 Thought Leaders.\n\nDidier has contributed to several influential Lean publications, including Creating a Lean Culture, Management on the Mend, and Becoming the Change.
